About Us. . .

Rugged Faith came about in January of 2006. After much prayer and a leap of Faith, we began to plan the many outings and activities the Lord had placed upon our heart. With a call to challenge people to live what they believe and to help people come to a deeper understanding of God, we began to build an outdoor ministry that would keep Gods word first and foremost. As Rugged Faith continues to grow, we have gotten to plan and facilitate numerous camping, hiking, flat water kayaking, and climbing trips in the Pacific Northwest for people of all ages and backgrounds.

Who We Are. . .

Based out of Riverview Bible Camp, Cusick, Washington; Rugged Faith is made up of Christians who desire to serve and help facilitate trips onto the local mountain trails and into the crags of the beautiful Pacific Northwest. We are an extension of Riverview Bible Camp, a ministry of Fourth Memorial Church in Spokane, Washington. We are dedicated to challenging other to live out what they believe, we believe this life comes with its struggles but that God will help us through those struggles as it says in 1 Peter 1:6-7 In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith-of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire-may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed. As we learn to trust Him we will walk in confidence able to encourage others that faith without deeds is dead. We have this opportunity to challenge each other by making an eternal difference in the lives of others by helping build deeper relationships with both Him and others through opportunities afforded in His awesome creation.

Rugged Faith's outings are completely customizable and designed for private groups, church groups, Young Life clubs, youth organizations, Boy Scouts, school programs, men's groups, and anyone else who wants to live their faith out loud. Let us take you out and away from the noise of this life, to be challenged by experiences that are out of the ordinary and fulfilling in the wilderness.
